Wprowadzone przepisy nak\u0142adaj\u0105 na okre\u015blone podmioty obowi\u0105zek posiadania wewn\u0119trznej procedury w zakresie przeciwdzia\u0142ania niewywi\u0105zywaniu si\u0119 z obowi\u0105zku przekazywania informacji o schematach podatkowych. Przepisy te dotycz\u0105 nie tylko doradc\u00f3w podatkowych, lecz r\u00f3wnie\u017c przedsi\u0119biorc\u00f3w wykonuj\u0105cych standardow\u0105 dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107 gospodarcz\u0105. Kara za brak posiadania procedury pomimo ustawowego obowi\u0105zku mo\u017ce si\u0119ga\u0107 nawet do 2 000 000 z\u0142.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
